About Christine Gerardi

Christine Gerardi knows Orlando. Originally from Maryland, she has called Orlando home for over thirty years, witnessing its grand transformation into a bustling metropolitan city that retains its small-town feel. Her intimate knowledge of the region and her experiences in “The City Beautiful” give her an enthusiasm and a desire to make her home, your home. She is a conscientious Realtor who exudes credibility, commitment, and determination. Her passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly approach.  

As a Realtor, her top priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. She strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Her clients can count on her any time of day when they have a question or a concern. She stays committed to their interests, understanding how important the decision to buy or sell a property can be. In addition, she is aware of the challenges and frustrations, and brings empathy to each situation.  She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed their expectations.

Christine is a graduate of Rollins College (class of 2011) and is an active member on the board of directors for The Village House, a non-profit that helps young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. Family is the most important aspect of her life and  she loves nothing more than spending time with  her four children, and her French bulldog, Luna. Christine also likes to feed her creative nature and is a “concierge” jeweler who is often commissioned to create custom piece for a wide array of clients. She is a potent mix of East Coast sensibility and Southern charm.
